Therapy Roadmap: What to Expect
Regardless of why you are seeking therapy, it is a courageous and big first step towards a healthier and happier you. I am here to make the process as easy, comfortable, and safe as possible.
The MBS approach follows these four steps:
Step 1: Complete a consultation request form.

Step 2: Schedule a complimentary phone consultation
I will reach out to you via your preferred method of contact to schedule a complimentary phone consultation (10-15 min) where we can get to know each other a little better and determine if MBS is right for you.
Step 3. Initial Intake
We can meet in-person or online for our initial session where I will get a more thorough history and assessment of your needs and collaboratively, we will develop a Therapy Roadmap that outlines your individual goals and treatment plan
Step 4: Begin your journey
We will work together to guide you on your path to achieve your goals and improve your well-being and quality of life
