Jeanette Robins, RPSGT, LPC-A

Sleep Disorders Treatment Lead

Assistant Training Director

Jeanette brings over 30 years of experience in the fields of sleep medicine and neurology, with a strong background in patient care and education as a Registered Polysomnography Technician (RPSGT). After a successful career in sleep medicine, Jeanette has returned to school to follow her passion for mental health counseling and behavioral sleep medicine. She recently graduated with her Master’s in Education in Clinical Mental Health at Lamar University.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) at Mind Body Sleep, Jeanette is eager to expand her knowledge of cognitive and behavioral approaches (CBT) to treating sleep disorders, while exploring how conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD can disrupt sleep.

Jeanette understands that both internal and external factors can interfere with restorative sleep, leading to feelings of irritability, anxiety, depression, and exhaustion, which in turn can affect relationships and overall quality of life. Recognizing that sleep is a cornerstone of good health, she is dedicated to helping her patients identify the barriers preventing restful sleep and develop strategies to achieve the deep, rejuvenating rest essential for mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
