Meet Our Team
Natalia S. David, PsyD, DBSM, Founder
Dr. Natalia David is a Clinical Health Psychologist and board-certified Behavioral Sleep Medicine Specialist. After many years of education, specialized training, and experience, Dr. David created Mind Body Sleep to bridge the gap in the healthcare arena between mental and physical health, recognizing the power of the mind-body connection and the importance of addressing both for optimizing health and well-being. Dr. David’s current practice focuses on helping patients manage and cope with physical health issues, chronic disease management, insomnia and other sleep disorders, and the psychological, emotional, and relational distress that often accompanies these difficulties. As a health psychologist, her approach to therapy is mind-body centered, integrating holistic and evidence-based methods (i.e. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques) to achieve healing that comes from acknowledging and nurturing the “whole” self.
